SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries are by courier so we need a physical address, not a Post Office Box.

If you haven’t received your purchase within 7 working days please contact us on info@journeyliquor.co.nz with the details of your purchase and we will look into it for you.

Damages: Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to our Customer Service within 48 hours after receipt of your delivery. Journey Liquor cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 48 hours after the time of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.

Auckland (usually 1-3 business days)
$6.00 for up to 12 bottles
$10.00 for 13 or more bottles

North Island (2-4 business days)

$8.00 for up to 12 bottles
$14.00 for 13 or more bottles

South Island (usually 3-5 business days)

$10.00 for up to 12 bottles
$18.00 for 13 or more bottles

If you live in a rural area please allow an additional 2-3 business days. During the peak festive season please allow extra time to receive your order.
